International Builders Show in Vegas, Baby! Steve's Birthday!

BuildertTREND men and their ladies!

Entire BuilderTREND group celebrating a record 2012! The I.B.S.(International Builders Show) was a success so here is to a great 2013!

Such a fun weekend in Vegas! At Mix Lounge overlooking the strip.
Happy Birthday, Steve!

We went to Picasso at the Bellagio for dinner to celebrate both Steve and Dan's Birthday! What a way to do it! We sat with over 200 million dollars worth of Picasso paintings while overlooking the Bellagio fountains! We selected a meal and they paired it with wine for each course! I of course did not partake in the wine pairings but they all said it was awesome!

Make a wish

Quick make a wish so we can eat cake!

Halfway there!

I am officially in my 20th week. I cannot believe how fast this pregnancy is going! I'm sure I won't be saying that in a couple of months :)
This will probably be the only post like this because I think they get a little redundant and does anyway really read them? I just like to know how big the little stinker is! This week he/she is the length of a banana which is exactly what I have been craving!
We will find out the sex next week! What do you think?
Bows or Bow ties? Lady or Gent? Mustache or Pigtails?

How your baby's growing:

Your baby weighs about 10 1/2 ounces now. He's also around 6 1/2 inches long from head to bottom and about 10 inches from head to heel — the length of a banana. (For the first 20 weeks, when a baby's legs are curled up against his torso and hard to measure, measurements are taken from the top of his head to his bottom — the "crown to rump" measurement. After 20 weeks, he's measured from head to toe.)
He's swallowing more these days, which is good practice for his digestive system. He's also producing meconium, a black, sticky by-product of digestion. This gooey substance will accumulate in his bowels, and you'll see it in his first soiled diaper (some babies pass meconium in the womb or during delivery).

camera shy

Our little nugget is very camera shy these days. We had our 16 week appointment and he/she was turned away from the camera the entire time. Every time we felt like we had a good shot of seeing a face he/she would turn and become camera shy. Here is a photo of the back of the head and the back. I know these photos are so hard to read so don't expect much from this photo.
The heartbeat is right on target and everything is looking good. We go in for a big ultrasound on February 1st! I was still torn on if I want to find out the gender but when I was looking for something at our 16 week ultrasound then I knew I wanted to know.
This week I have become uncomfortable and my doctor said I could not pick up Charlotte anymore. I'm so saddened by this but I know it will make my back feel better. This seems so early to already have back problems but Charlotte does weigh 34 lbs so it make since especially since during pregnancy you are not supposed to lift more than 25lbs.
I did feel the baby kick!! I thought at first it was my belly rumbling but sure enough it was baby! Such a fun feeling. I felt Charlotte at 20 weeks George at 18 and this little one at 16/17 weeks!
I cannot believe I am already 18 weeks pregnant. This pregnancy is flying by so fast. Steve looks over at me last night and asked me " so are you ready to have baby #3 ?"....  a little late for that questions don't you think :)
